Make your way to a major public transport pickup point along the Airport Expressway, such as the Lugbe Bus Stop or the Airport Junction taxi park. These are common points where shared taxis (known locally as 'city service' or simply 'taxi') operate.

Look for shared taxis heading towards 'Jabi' or 'Berger'/'Area 1'. It's common to find vehicles going towards the city center, from which you can connect. Negotiate your fare before entering the vehicle. If the taxi is not full, wait for other passengers or pay for the empty seats if you prefer a faster, private ride.

If you find a direct taxi to Jabi, it will typically take the Airport Road, then connect to the Outer Northern Expressway (ONEX) / Murtala Mohammed Expressway, and then branch off towards Jabi. Your driver will drop you at a central point in Jabi, such as Jabi Park or near Jabi Lake Mall.

If you take a taxi to 'Berger' or 'Area 1', disembark at a major junction like Berger Roundabout. From there, you will need to find another shared taxi or a Keke Napep (tricycle) heading specifically to your destination within Jabi.

Upon arrival in Jabi (either directly or after a connection), you can walk to your final destination if it's nearby, or take a short Keke Napep ride if it's further into the Jabi district.
