Go to the 'Hadejia Central Motor Park' or a major transport company's terminal (e.g., God is Good Motors - GIGM, GUO Transport, Peace Mass Transit) in Hadejia. Book your ticket a day or two in advance, especially during festive periods.

Board a luxury or standard interstate bus, typically a 14-seater Hiace or a larger 52-seater coach. The journey begins by departing Hadejia, heading onto the Gammayim - Hadejia Road.

Continue through various local roads, then connect to the Wudil - Potiskum Federal Road. You'll then navigate towards Azare, joining the Azare - Katagum Road.

From Azare, proceed onto F249, which will lead you to the Misau - Azare Road. You will spend a significant time on this section, heading south.

Merge onto the Kano-Maiduguri Highway and then onto the major A3 highway. This section is a significant part of your journey, traversing through states like Bauchi and Plateau.

You will pass through Maiduguri Bypass (even if not entering Maiduguri proper) and continue on the A3. You'll then join Yakubu Gowon Way, navigating through major towns and cities.

The A3 will lead you towards Makurdi. You will join the Makurdi-Jos road briefly before rejoining the A3, heading south towards Enugu.

From the A3, you will turn onto F113, which serves as a connector. Soon after, you'll join the Enugu - Port Harcourt Expressway, a major dual carriageway. This section is generally smoother.

Continue on the Enugu - Port Harcourt Expressway until you approach Owerri. You will then merge onto Owerri, Okigwe Road, entering the city.

Follow Owerri, Okigwe Road, which eventually leads to Wetheral Road, a central road in Owerri. The bus will typically drop you off at the company's terminal near Relief Market or Control Post.

From the bus terminal, you can take a 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) or a local taxi to your final destination within Owerri. Confirm the fare before boarding.
