From your starting point in Ikoyi (e.g., Awolowo Road, Falomo), walk or take a Keke Napep/Bajaj to a prominent bus stop. Board a commercial bus (danfo) heading towards "CMS" or "TBS".

Alight at CMS Bus Stop. Cross over to the main park where long-distance buses load. Look for buses going to "Ojota" or "Ketu". These buses will take you across the 3rd Mainland Bridge.

Tell the conductor you're dropping at "Ojota Underbridge" or "Ojota Last Bus Stop". Once you alight, you'll need to cross to the other side of the road where buses for Ikorodu are usually parked.

At the Ojota Underbridge park, loudly confirm with conductors or bus park touts for buses heading directly to "Ikorodu Garage" or "Ikorodu Roundabout". Board one of these buses.

Stay on the bus until it pulls into the main Ikorodu Garage. This is the final major stop for most buses from Ojota.
