Early morning (before 6:30 AM) or late morning (after 9:30 AM) on weekdays. For evenings, aim to travel before 4:00 PM or after 8:00 PM to avoid the worst of the traffic. Weekends generally have lighter traffic, but Sundays can still see some congestion.
