Step 1: Get to an Interstate Motor Park in Osogbo. Look for reputable companies like GIGM (God is Good Motors), GUO Transport, or Peace Mass Transit (PMT). They usually have dedicated booking offices and parks in different parts of Osogbo.

Step 2: Book your ticket to Lafia. It's best to book a day or two in advance, especially during festive seasons or public holidays. Confirm the departure time and vehicle type (usually a luxury bus or a Hiace bus).

Step 3: Depart from Osogbo. The bus will take the route through towns like Ikirun, Ila Orangun, and then connect to the major A2 highway heading towards Abuja. You will pass through parts of Kwara and Kogi states.

Step 4: Transit through Abuja. The bus will enter Abuja via the Umaru Musa Yar'Adua Expressway and pass through parts of the city. Expect a rest stop along the way, usually for about 20-30 minutes, where you can buy food and use restrooms.

Step 5: Continue from Abuja to Lafia. After passing through Abuja, the bus will take the Abuja-Keffi Expressway (A2/A234) and then the A3 highway directly to Lafia. This final leg typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Step 6: Arrive at the designated motor park in Lafia. From there, you can take a 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) or 'Okada' (motorcycle taxi) to your final destination within Lafia.
