Best Time to Travel

Early mornings (before 6:30 AM) and late evenings (after 8 PM) are the best times to avoid heavy traffic. Mid-day (10 AM - 3 PM) is also relatively free-flowing, but be mindful of school closing times which can cause brief surges in traffic.

Safety Rating

Medium. Ikoyi is generally considered one of the safer areas in Lagos. However, like any urban area, petty crime exists. 'One-chance' incidents (where criminals pose as public transport operators) are rare for such short intra-Ikoyi trips but always be aware, especially if traveling late at night or in isolated spots. Always board Keke Napeps from designated stands or busy spots.

BRT / Rail / Water

No direct BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) or rail services operate within Parkview Estate or most of Ikoyi. The nearest BRT terminals are at Obalende and CMS, which would require an additional Keke or Danfo trip to reach.
