Go to a reputable interstate bus terminal in Abuja. Major options include Utako Motor Park (for various companies), GIGM Terminal (Utako), ABC Transport Terminal (Utako), or Peace Mass Transit Terminal (Utako).

Book your ticket in advance, either online or directly at the park. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Board a comfortable, air-conditioned luxury bus (e.g., GIGM, ABC Transport, Chisco, GUO).

The bus will depart Abuja, traveling through the Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway, Murtala Mohammed Expressway, and onto the Abuja-Kaduna Highway (A2). You will pass through Kaduna State. Expect one or two scheduled rest stops for refreshments and restroom breaks, typically around Kaduna.

The journey continues on the A2, then connects to Nnamdi Azikwe Way, Eastern By Pass, and Kano-Gumel Road as you approach Kano. The road is mostly a dual carriageway. Expect occasional security checkpoints along the route.

You will arrive at the bus company's terminal in Kano (e.g., Sabon Gari Motor Park, Unguwa Uku Motor Park). From there, take a local Keke Napep or taxi to your final destination in Garki.
