Go to the Wukari Main Motor Park. This is the primary park where inter-state vehicles, particularly Sienna or Hiace buses, load passengers heading north. Inquire for vehicles going to Funtua or Zaria/Kaduna which will drop you at Funtua.

Book your seat. Confirm the destination and fare. Luggage usually has an extra charge depending on size.

Depart Wukari. The vehicle will typically depart right on an unnamed road, then turn right, then left on other unnamed roads before joining F242. You will proceed on F242, then the Takum - Bukuru Federal Road, heading towards Plateau State.

Continue on Takum - Bukuru Federal Road, passing through sections that might connect to Lafia to Shendam Road, before rejoining Takum - Bukuru Federal Road. The journey then proceeds to join the major A3 highway.

Travel on A3 towards Jos. You'll navigate several roundabouts on A3, staying straight or taking slight rights/lefts as directed by the driver. Expect a potential brief stop in Jos for passengers or refreshments.

From Jos, the vehicle will join A236 (Kaduna-Jos Highway). This road leads towards Kaduna. You will pass through various towns and villages.

Approach Kaduna. The vehicle will navigate through local roads like New Jos Road, Old Jos Road, Zaria High street, and Sokoto Road, likely bypassing the main Kaduna city center to head towards Zaria.

From the Zaria area, the vehicle will join A126. This is the main road connecting Zaria to Funtua.

Arrive in Funtua. The vehicle will make a series of turns on unnamed roads before arriving at the Funtua Central Motor Park. From here, you can take a Keke Napep or motorcycle taxi (okada) to your final destination.
