If you are at Ajah, you can enter a small bus (Korope) or a big Danfo heading towards Lakowe, Awoyaya, or Epe. The journey is usually short, taking about 15 to 25 minutes depending on the traffic at the Sangotedo/Skymall axis.
From CMS or Obalende, look for buses heading to "Ajah". Once you reach Ajah, you can take a connecting bus to Abijo. Alternatively, some Epe-bound buses from Obalende can drop you directly at Abijo Bus Stop.
From Oshodi, enter a bus going to Ajah. After getting to Ajah, take another short trip to Abijo. If you find a direct bus going to Epe from Oshodi (usually at the big parks), you can inform them you will drop at Abijo.
