Where is Parkview Estate located in Lagos: Your Ultimate Guide 2026

From Lagos Mainland (e.g., Ikeja, Maryland, Oshodi)

If you are coming from areas like Ikeja, Maryland, or Oshodi, you will typically head towards Ikoyi via the Third Mainland Bridge or Eko Bridge.

1. Via Third Mainland Bridge: Enter a bus going to Obalende or CMS. From Obalende, you can easily find another bus or Keke Napep (tricycle) heading into Ikoyi. Tell the driver you are going to Parkview Estate. They will usually drop you at a point where you can take a short walk or another Keke into the estate.
2. Via Eko Bridge (for CMS/Marina): Take a bus heading to CMS/Marina. From CMS, you can find direct buses, Keke Napeps, or ride-hailing services (Uber/Bolt) that go straight to Ikoyi. Specify Parkview Estate as your destination.

Once you are in Ikoyi, navigating to Parkview Estate is straightforward. Look out for signposts leading to Gerrard Road or Bourdillon Road, as these are main roads that branch off into the estate.

From Victoria Island (VI)

Victoria Island is very close to Ikoyi, making the journey to Parkview Estate relatively short and simple.

1. By Car/Ride-hailing: The quickest way is to drive or use a ride-hailing service across Falomo Bridge into Ikoyi. Once you cross the bridge, you'll be on Falomo Roundabout. From there, take the road leading to Bourdillon Road or Gerrard Road. Parkview Estate is well-known to drivers in this area.
2. By Bus/Keke: From various points in Victoria Island, you can find Keke Napeps or small buses (Korope) going towards Ikoyi. Ask to be dropped at Falomo Bridge or directly into Ikoyi. From Falomo, you can get another Keke or short bus ride into Parkview Estate.

From Lekki/Ajah

If you are coming from the Lekki-Ajah axis, the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge is your most direct route.

1. Via Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge: Take a bus or ride-hailing service that crosses the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge. Once you cross, you are directly in Ikoyi. Continue straight, and ask for directions to Parkview Estate. Many drivers will know the way.
2. Via Ozumba Mbadiwe/Falomo: Alternatively, you can take the longer route via Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, heading towards Falomo Bridge. Cross Falomo Bridge into Ikoyi, and then follow the directions as if coming from Victoria Island.

Current Fare Estimates Table (2026)

Best Departure Points (Parks/Terminals)

When heading to Parkview Estate, knowing the main transport hubs can save you time and stress.

• Obalende Bus Stop: This is a major hub connecting the Mainland to Ikoyi and Victoria Island. You'll easily find buses and Keke Napeps heading into Ikoyi from here.
• CMS/Marina Bus Stop: Another central point, especially if you're coming from areas like Festac, Mile 2, or Apapa. Buses from these areas often terminate at CMS, from where you can connect to Ikoyi.
• Falomo Roundabout (Ikoyi Side): If you're already in Ikoyi or crossing from Victoria Island, Falomo is a key point to find local transport (Keke Napeps, shared taxis) deeper into Ikoyi and towards Parkview Estate.
• Major BRT Terminals (e.g., TBS, CMS): If you use the BRT system, alight at the nearest terminal like Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) or CMS, and then connect to Ikoyi via Keke or Danfo.

Safety and Travel Tips for Your Journey

1. Travel During Daylight: While Ikoyi is generally safe, it's always best to travel during daylight hours, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area.
