Moving from Ijegun to Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) takes you from the heart of Alimosho LGA across the lagoon to Lagos Island. The trip crosses heavy traffic points and needs multiple vehicle changes. Because of high fuel prices, fares change quickly, so you must prepare well for the long journey.

Board a local Keke or small Danfo from your street in Ijegun to Ikotun Roundabout.
From Ikotun Roundabout, enter a big yellow Danfo going straight to Oshodi Interchange.
Walk into the Oshodi Terminal and enter a direct Danfo heading to TBS / Obalende.
Drop at the final bus stop inside TBS, right opposite the Cricket Pitch.
Always hold change (smaller Naira notes) before you enter the Danfo to avoid fights with conductors.
Keep your phones and money inside your deep bags, not your back pockets, when walking through Oshodi.
If Oshodi is blocked, take a bus from Ikotun to Cele Bus Stop, then enter an express bus to Obalende/TBS from there.
Ask the conductor 'TBS direct?' before you enter, so they do not drop you off halfway at CMS.

Keep at least β¦4,000 to β¦5,000 in your pocket for emergency transport changes, as fuel prices make driver fares jump without warning.
No, there is no direct BRT bus from Ijegun to TBS. You can only enter standard BRT buses when you get to major parks like Oshodi or Cele.
Avoid leaving between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. During these hours, Ikotun Roundabout and the roads leading out of Ijegun are completely locked by workers and school runs.
It is not advisable. Bus options drop off drastically after 8:30 PM, and places like Oshodi Under-bridge and Mile 2 become dangerous for people standing alone.
