The bus will depart, heading left onto A1, then fork slight right onto Jebba Road, merging onto the Ibadan-Ilorin Expressway. Expect a smooth ride on the expressway.

The journey continues south. You'll pass through areas leading to Ogbomoso. The bus will take a left onto Ogbomoso-Ikoyi Road, then navigate roundabouts, exiting right onto Ogbomoso Oyo Road. This section might involve a brief stop for passengers or driver rest.

The bus will continue straight on Oyo-Ogbomoso Road, then take a slight left onto Oyo Road, heading towards Sango. Be attentive as you approach Sango.

Upon reaching Sango, the bus will turn right onto an unnamed road, then left onto E1, and take an off-ramp slight right on E1. It will then go through a roundabout, exiting straight onto Oyo Road, before arriving at the Central Bus Terminal in Sango.
