At the motor park, locate the booking office for companies like God is Good Motors (GIGM) or Young Shall Grow. Book your ticket to Damaturu. Confirm departure time and vehicle type (usually a 14-seater Hiace bus or larger luxury bus).

Depart from the motor park on an unnamed local road, navigating through Kano's outskirts. This will lead you to a roundabout where you'll continue straight on another unnamed road.

Exit a subsequent roundabout with a slight right turn onto an unnamed road, preparing to join the Rano - Sumaila road.

Turn right onto the Rano - Sumaila road, heading towards Sumaila. Continue for a short distance.

Turn left onto an unnamed road that will lead you to a major highway.

At the end of this road, turn right to join the Kano-Maiduguri Highway (A2). This is your primary route for a significant portion of the journey.

Continue straight on the Kano-Maiduguri Highway. You will pass through towns like Wudil and Potiskum. There will likely be a rest stop along the way for refreshments and stretching.

After a long stretch, take a slight left fork onto an unnamed road. Shortly after, turn left to join the A3 highway, which will continue towards Damaturu.

Navigate through several local road segments and roundabouts as you approach Damaturu. You will rejoin the Kano-Maiduguri Highway (A2) at some points and then transition to Gombi - Baromari Road.

At a major roundabout near Damaturu, turn right onto the Gombi - Baromari Road. Continue straight.

Finally, turn left onto an unnamed local road, which will lead you directly to the main motor park or a central drop-off point in Damaturu.

Upon arrival at the Damaturu motor park, you can take a 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) or a local taxi to your final destination within the city.
