Purchase your ticket. It's advisable to book in advance, especially during festive seasons. Confirm your departure time and vehicle type (usually a 14-seater Hiace bus or, less commonly for this short route, a larger luxury bus).

Board your bus. The journey begins by navigating out of Aba, joining the Aba-Owerri Road, and then merging onto the Enugu - Port Harcourt Expressway. This is a major dual carriageway that forms the bulk of your trip.

Travel along the Enugu - Port Harcourt Expressway. The journey will be relatively direct. You may encounter security checkpoints along the way; cooperate with officials. Road conditions on the expressway are generally good, but some sections might have potholes.

Exit the expressway at the appropriate point towards Ekwulobia, joining the F112 and other unnamed local roads that lead directly into the town.

Arrive at the bus company's terminal in Ekwulobia. From there, you can take a 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) or 'Okada' (motorcycle taxi) to your final destination within Ekwulobia.
