Go to a major interstate motor park in Ado-Ekiti, such as the GIGM Terminal, Peace Mass Transit Terminal, or the Ado-Ekiti Central Motor Park. Inquire about direct buses to Kafanchan or buses heading towards Abuja/Kaduna that can drop you at a connecting point.

Book your ticket. It's best to book a day in advance, especially during festive seasons. Confirm luggage policy and departure time. You'll typically travel in a Toyota Hiace bus or a larger luxury bus.

Depart Ado-Ekiti, heading through towns like Ifaki and Omuo Ekiti. The journey will take you through Ondo State (Ikare Akoko, Owo), Kogi State (Okene, Lokoja), and then into the Abuja FCT axis (Gwagwalada/Zuba).

The bus will typically make one or two rest stops, usually in Lokoja or on the outskirts of Abuja (Zuba/Gwagwalada), for passengers to eat, use the restroom, and stretch. These stops can last 15-30 minutes.

From the Abuja axis, the bus will proceed towards Keffi in Nasarawa State, then towards Kachia, eventually reaching Kafanchan in Kaduna State. Be prepared for several security checkpoints along the way, especially closer to Kaduna State.

Arrive at the Kafanchan Central Motor Park or the specific company's terminal. From there, you can take a 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) or a motorcycle taxi ('Okada') to your final destination within Kafanchan.
